Whole-body Wellness - for every stage of Life.
Our Programs
Whether delivered in schools or community settings, our sessions are designed to support the whole child - physically, mentally, and emotionally - aligning with your school’s commitment to student development and holistic education.
Our approach complements key areas of the curriculum, including PSHE, PE, and whole-school wellbeing strategies.
Through movement, yoga, mindfulness, emotional literacy and personal development exercises, students learn self-awareness, regulation skills, and a greater sense of connection - both to themselves and others.
The result is calmer classrooms, improved focus, and happier, more confident learners.
We also offer flexible delivery options to fit your schedule, the needs of your students, and your school’s wellbeing priorities.
1
Empower and Thrive - Weekly Wellbeing Program
Inspiring confidence and resilience - nurturing every student’s potential.
Our Empower and Thrive program offers flexible 4 to 6-week blocks designed to fit seamlessly into your school term. Each week, classes are specifically designed to support students’ physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing.
Through targeted, evidence-based practices, students develop vital coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and self-awareness in a safe and supportive environment.
This program provides a nurturing space for children and teens to process challenges, build resilience, and foster meaningful growth - helping them to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
It’s a compassionate approach to strengthening the whole child and promoting lasting wellbeing.
2
Focus and Flourish: One-Day Program
Reset, refocus, and shine with a day of calm and confidence
Our one-day intensive is designed to give students a powerful opportunity to pause, recharge, and build essential skills for emotional balance and mental clarity.
Through guided mindfulness, movement, and reflective activities, students develop tools to manage stress, increase focus, and boost their self-belief -helping them to approach challenges with renewed energy and positivity.
3
Belong and Grow: Wellness Programs for Autism & SEN
Supporting regulation, relationships, and readiness to learn
Our Belong & Grow programs integrate the therapeutic benefits of yoga and mindfulness into Autism and SEN classrooms - creating calm, nurturing environments where every learner feels safe and supported.
Sessions are thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique sensory, emotional, and developmental needs of SEN students, using evidence-based practices that support self-regulation, resilience, and classroom readiness.
With a focus on movement, breathwork, and body awareness, we help students build essential wellbeing skills - while also equipping educators with practical tools to foster calm, connection, and confidence in every school day.
4
Calm and Connect: Personalised Wellbeing Program
Individualised support to nurture wellbeing, focus, and self-awareness.
Our one-to-one sessions are designed to meet each student exactly where they are, offering tailored support that helps them build emotional regulation, confidence, and calm.
Using gentle mindfulness, movement, and sensory strategies, these sessions create a safe space for students to explore their feelings and develop skills that boost their focus and resilience.
We also work closely with educators and families to ensure the support fits seamlessly into each student’s school day and personal journey.

Dearbhla returned to our school this year having worked with all classes last year and during our summer programme.
She has an excellent way with the pupils while the classes are very well structured.
We definitely feel that the techniques which Dearbhla taught our pupils have been very beneficial for our pupils wellbeing. We look forward to having her back again next year!
