Thrive One-to-One: Personal Wellbeing Coaching

Compassionately supporting children and teens through life’s challenges - nurturing calm, confidence, and lasting resilience.

Our Thrive One-to-One sessions offer personalised wellbeing support for children and teens navigating everyday challenges. Whether they’re experiencing stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulty focusing (such as ADHD), or concerns around healthy habits and body image, each session is thoughtfully tailored to their unique needs. Using a gentle blend of yoga therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, and specific movement-based exercises, we help young people feel safe, supported, and empowered. These tools encourage emotional regulation, body awareness, and inner confidence—laying the foundation for calm, resilience, and lasting wellbeing.

We also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and insights to help extend the benefits of each session into everyday life.

After-School Wellbeing Hub
Nurturing balance, focus, and positivity after school.

Our After-School Wellbeing Hub offers a safe, supportive space where children can unwind, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. Through gentle mindfulness, movement, and creative activities, we help young minds find balance and positivity after a busy school day. It’s all about nurturing their wellbeing in a way that’s fun, engaging, and tailored to their needs.

Daydreaming

My beautiful son has co-ordinational issues and autism. He often finds physical activity with in a class setting difficult.

Dearbhla  has always welcomed him with a smile and infectious enthusiasm that has put him at his ease.

 

He is working muscles that had been hard for him to work, his core strength has improved.

Hhe leaves yoga with a confident smile on his face and techniques that he uses in his daily life.

 

I would like to thank Dearbhla and highly recommend her for all the positive little differences that she makes to my son's daily life.
