About
Dearbhla Grall Wellness

Real support. Calm connection. Whole-body wellbeing.

Hello, I’m Dearbhla — and I created Dearbhla Grall Wellness to offer gentle, supportive spaces where people of all ages can feel better in their bodies, minds, and everyday lives.

Whether it’s a child learning to manage big emotions, a teen navigating stress, or an adult living with a long-term condition, my goal is simple: to help people feel calmer, stronger, and more connected.

I work with schools, families, and community groups to deliver wellbeing sessions that are warm, inclusive, and backed by evidence.

From one-to-one yoga therapy and mindfulness sessions to open group classes and tailored programs, everything I offer is designed to meet people where they are—no pressure, no judgment.

At Dearbhla Grall Wellness, we blend meridian based yoga therapy, movement, breathwork, and emotional support to help build:

  • Resilience and emotional regulation

  • Confidence and self-awareness

  • A greater sense of calm, balance, and connection

You’ll find me running sessions in schools, day centres, outdoor spaces, and community hubs—always creating a safe space for people to breathe, stretch, talk, and just be.

My Story

My journey into yoga and wellbeing started in an unexpected way. I spent 10 years living in Australia, working in a high-pressure managerial role in a large pharmaceutical company.

It was exciting but exhausting — I was one of the only women at my level, constantly on the go and, for the first time in my life, struggling to sleep.

One evening, I decided to try a yoga class. I left feeling calm and grounded — and that night, I slept like a baby. From that moment, I was hooked. Yoga became my anchor, my reset button, and the doorway into a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Since then, I've trained in a range of yoga styles and wellness therapies — from traditional Hatha yoga to specialised training in prenatal, postnatal, children’s yoga, yoga therapy, and additional needs.

As I began my own motherhood journey, I felt even more drawn to this work and the transformative impact it can have on wellbeing at every stage of life.

I created Dearbhla Grall Wellness to offer nurturing, evidence-informed yoga and wellbeing programmes for children, teens, adults, and community groups.

I now live in County Meath with my family, where I continue to teach, write, and support the emotional wellbeing of children and adults through creative, inclusive, and heart-led practices.
